'The Egyptian' Sacred Scents

REFUNDS & RETURNS

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the order shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. 

Wandering Stars will refund any order that is canceled before a USPS shipping label and Tracking # are generated, but refunds are by Paypal, Venmo, or Zelle ONLY, after payment has cleared to my bank or PayPal. Credit card chargebacks cost everybody. Order cancellations must be sent immediately to shane@wandering-stars.net. There is no guarantee that I will recieve your cancellation before printing your postage, in which case shipping cost would not be refunded.

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it - and in the original packaging. Any refund/replacement requests for damaged items (i.e. broken or leaking bottles) must have photo documentation first. Email info@egyptiansacredscents.com to request refunds and returns and send photo documentation in .jpg or .png format.
Non-returnable items:
  • Gift cards or certificates
  • Downloadable digital products
  • Containers with portions obviously used or missing, or refilled or adulterated products.
  • Sale items

To complete your return, we also require an enclosed copy of your receipt or proof of purchase, unless it was marked "gift" at the time of purchase (see 'Gifts" below).

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a return email to notify you that we have received your shipment. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Be certain that none of the above non-returnable conditions apply to your return before mailing. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days established by the payment gateway. Our decision on refunds is final.

Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a promised refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted online. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact shane@wandering-stars.net or (530) 282-9362.

Exchanges:
We usually only replace items if they are defective or damaged, or if the wrong item was shipped. Contact info@egyptiansacredscents.com if you would like to discuss the possibility of item exchange terms.

Gifts:
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received and approved, a gift certificate to 'The Egyptian' Sacred Scents will be emailed to you. If the purchaser had the order marked as a gift but shipped to themselves to give to you later, or if the item(s) weren’t marked as a gift when purchased, contact info@egyptiansacredscents.com for returns approval and terms.

 
Shipping Your Return back to Wandering Stars:
To return your product, you should mail your package to:
Wandering Stars, P.O. Box 1063, Paradise CA, 95967.

Please be sure that the item(s) are packed either in the original packaging, or in USPS approved packaging, well sealed and padded. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item(s). If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your return in one piece, or at all.
